Thank you for booking with Travel Utopia Pty Ltd.

Booking Terms and Conditions - PLEASE READ the following very carefully. You must not accept a booking unless you understand and agree with the following:

PRICES: Prices are subject to change & availability until paid in full. Travel Utopia Pty Ltd acts as an agent to purchase travel arrangements on your behalf and has no control over price changes. Prices do not include travel to or from the workshop or travel insurance. Travel Utopia can assist with these arrangements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended by Travel Utopia Pty Ltd for any and all travel. Please ask your consultant if you require further information or a quote on travel insurance for your journey. We have negotiated a special group policy to cover you on the Ken Duncan Coastal Exposure Workshop with Mondial Insurance. These tailored benefits include but are not limited to a 10% group discount, $4000 coverage for cameras & accessories, $4000 coverage for laptops and hand held computers, $12000 overall luggage cover, $4000 car hire excess coverage, cancellation coverage including a special concession to cover against non refundable travel expenses such as airfares, accommodation, car hire, transfers etc if the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen illness or injury to Ken Duncan.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date changeable, non transferable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo ID holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies from your passport/ID. It is your responsibility to collect & check all travel documents prior to travel.

HEALTH: Your individual health and medical requirements are your responsibility. It is your obligation to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. We cannot give out any medical advice. This tour requires a reasonable level of fitness and is not suitable for wheelchairs.

TAXES: Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be additional local taxes charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Travel Utopia Pty Ltd only collects ticketable, prepaid taxes. This package includes GST.

DEPOSIT & CONFIRMATION: A $700 non refundable deposit is due to reserve your space on the Coastal Exposure Workshop. For final confirmation full payment is required. This workshop is not guaranteed until minimum numbers are reached. Up until 31/7/09 it is at the discretion of the Ken Duncan Group to cancel or reschedule this workshop package. In which case any payment you have made towards this package which includes accommodation, local transport, and the workshop tuition and conference fees will be refunded if a suitable alternate date cannot be offered. Prepaid airfares and additional transport costs will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE FEES: If you cancel your booking we are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. The minimum cancellation fee is $700 with minimum 60 days notice, and can be up to 100% depending on notice given. A minimum $110 per person fee will apply where a booking is changed or tickets re-issued, plus any fare or package increases subject to availability and nature of change. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to safeguard against costs incurred due to unforeseen changes or cancellation.

ABOUT US: Travel Utopia Pty Ltd acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators. Travel Utopia Pty Ltd's obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not with Travel Utopia Pty Ltd.

LIABILITY: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: Credit card surcharges may apply when paying by credit card. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against Travel Utopia Pty Ltd. In the event that payment has been made to Travel Utopia Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Travel Utopia Pty Ltd. Credit Card fees apply Visa/MasterCard 1.5%, Amex/Diners 3%.

PRIVACY: Your privacy is a priority to Travel Utopia Pty Ltd. We do not share information given to us to make bookings on your behalf, and store this information in a secure way.

DECLARATION: When booking with Travel Utopia Pty Ltd you acknowledge that you have checked your itinerary and agree that the dates, times, and destinations are correct, and that your name appears as per your passport. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree with the above terms and conditions.
